Terms of Use

Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Saudi Toolbox (sauditoolbox.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and to all tools offered on the site, in both the English and Arabic interfaces.

Estimation Tools Only — Not Professional Advice

Every tool on Saudi Toolbox is an estimation and educational aid. The end of service calculator, the VAT calculator, and the traffic fine checker provide indicative figures based on publicly available rules, but they are not legal advice, tax advice, accounting services, or an official government determination. Your actual end of service settlement depends on your employment contract and the interpretation of the Saudi Labor Law at the time of payment. Your VAT obligations depend on the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's assessment of your specific supplies. Real traffic violations can only be confirmed through the Ministry of Interior's systems. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial or legal decisions.

Accuracy, Sources and Official Channels

We build our calculators from primary sources: Articles 84, 85, 87 and 88 of the Saudi Labor Law and the guidance of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (hrsd.gov.sa); the VAT law and implementing regulations published by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (zatca.gov.sa); and the procedures of the Ministry of Interior's Absher platform (absher.sa). While we work to keep the tools accurate and current, rules change and errors are possible. Saudi Toolbox does not warrant that any result is complete, current, or applicable to your situation. The traffic fine checker in particular operates in demonstration mode and shows sample data only — it is not connected to Absher or any government database.

Acceptable Use

You may use Saudi Toolbox for personal and internal business estimation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to disrupt or overload the service, no scraping at a volume that degrades it for others, no presenting the site's output as an official government document, and no use that violates applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

The site's design, code, text, and branding are the property of Saudi Toolbox unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our pages freely and quote short excerpts with attribution. Government texts, logos, and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Saudi Toolbox is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results — including underpaid settlements, tax penalties, or fines — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
